		<description>Hi John

I am not sure that my comment should be directed at you and so i apologise if it has been directed inappropriately. What interests me is the growing amount of fraud and whilst companies like Aviva have made a lot of in roads in tackling fraud and I was quite interested in seeing Aviva investigators highlighted in the documentary series scams, lies and fiddles. What perplexed and shocked me was the number of claims that were paid out on, when the claimants were obviously lying, which the investigators were unable to pick up on.
We, that is my wife and I have been training fraud investigators for 11 years, it&#039;s not something we have boasted about or shouted about, up to now! as we have just been the first company in the country with the governaments backing to develop a national qualification at degree level tackling fraud through several disciplines, largely based on that new programme on telly &quot;lie To Me&quot; and the principles in detecting fraud within it. I would like to see more about tackling fraud and excerpts of cases which have been compromised due to an investigators thorough training, I believe the more that the public are educated to the fact that they cannot get away with fraud the better for insurers and the public who pay increased premiums as a result.

Regards
